Your Pastor stands ready to be of help to you in time of need. He is willing to counsel with you on the basis of God's Word in order to bring peace and reassurance of God's constant love for you. Counseling often helps in a variety of situations, from preparing couples for marriage to dealing with crisis situations such as marital discord, grief or personal problems.
In times of emergency, you will receive immediate personal care. In other situations an appointment will be made for a more convenient time to meet with you.
Regular hospital calls are made, however, we do need to know where and when you are hospitalized. If you enter the hospital, please make certain that you list St. John's Lutheran, Algonquin as your home church.
If you know ahead of time that you will be hospitalized, contact the Church Office at

or have a family member contact us and leave the information where and when you will be hospitalized.
