SJS believes that God has created each child as a unique person. Our curriculum not only teaches but
also strives to nurture Christian relationships both with God and with each other. SJS uses many of the
same textbooks used in public education from nationally known companies. However, our faith in Christ
is integrated into every aspect of instruction. As we teach, we reveal God's handiwork in order of creation, the complexities of mathematics and science, the gift of language, and the beauty of the arts.
The faculty, using the Goals and Learning Outcomes, regularly reviews and updates subject areas in our curriculum. Textbook adoption is based upon the current SJS Learning Outcomes.
